Dead Soldiers Were Taking Bayonet Charge Selfies.
Four soldiers have been killed in battle after replacing their bayonets with iPhones. The suicidal move was made during a bayonet charge in Helmand province. “
Obviously the Army has to clamp down on taking selfies during battle”, said Sergeant Oliver Stilton, “we lost a tank commander last week as he was fixing a phone to his cannon”!
Taking photos on the battlefield has been frowned upon for a long time in the armed forces, but the rise of digital photography has led to more members of the armed forces seeking to capture that special moment at war.
“I love taking selfies during action”, said one British sniper, “I gave away my position last week because I left my flash on”.
